Privacy Policy
Your time is yours. So is your data.
This policy explains how Lerf handles information.
Overview
Lerf is designed to function without an account and without advertising. Lerf does not sell personal information and does not use your information for cross-app tracking.
Information Lerf processes on your device
To provide app-blocking features, Lerf uses Apple's Screen Time frameworks and the permissions you grant. Your selected apps, session settings, session state, and related preferences may be processed and stored locally on your device so the app can function.
Apple's Screen Time APIs are designed to protect details about the apps you select. Lerf uses these APIs only to provide the blocking features you request.
Information sent to the developer
Lerf does not require you to create an account. The app is not designed to transmit your selected-app list or browsing activity to the developer.
If you contact support, the developer receives the information you choose to include in your message, such as your email address, device details, screenshots, and description of the issue. That information is used to respond to your request and troubleshoot the app.
Diagnostics and App Store services
Apple may provide developers with aggregated App Store metrics, crash information, or diagnostics according to your device and App Store privacy settings. Lerf may use information made available through Apple to improve reliability and performance.
Third-party services
Lerf does not use third-party advertising SDKs. If future versions add analytics, cloud services, or other third-party services, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosures will be updated before those practices are introduced.
Data retention
App settings stored locally remain on your device until you change them, reset the app, or delete Lerf. Support emails may be retained as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain support history, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Children
Lerf is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your choices
You can revoke Screen Time access through iOS Settings, stop using Lerf, delete the app and its local data, or contact the developer regarding support information you previously submitted.
See Privacy Choices for details.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when Lerf's features or data practices change. The current version will remain available at this URL with a revised effective date.
